Send tournament updates
Open Manage tournament → Updates.
Choose who receives it
Section titled “Choose who receives it”| Audience | Who gets it |

| All entrants | Everyone currently entered, including active team members. |
| Team captains | The active captain for each entered team. |
| One division | Everyone currently entered in the division you select. |
| Checked-in participants | People whose entry or team is checked in. |
| One match | The participants in the match you select. |
Audiences are resolved when you send, so entries and withdrawals that happened since you last looked are handled correctly. An all-entrants final update remains visible on completed entry pages only for people included when you sent it. Someone who entered later does not see that earlier update.
Write and send
Section titled “Write and send”Enter the update and choose Send announcement. The app shows how many people are in the audience before you send, and tells you when nobody is eligible.
Review what you sent
Section titled “Review what you sent”The Updates tab lists previous announcements with their delivery counts, so you can confirm an update went out.
When to post
Section titled “When to post”Updates are the quickest way to reach people who are already in the tournament. Use them for arrival and parking instructions, weather, schedule changes, and final results.
