What to include

• What you were trying to do.
• What happened instead, including the exact error message.
• Whether you are using Android, iPhone, or the web app.
• The group or event name when it is relevant.
• A screenshot, provided it contains no private messages or sensitive payment information.

Do not email sensitive information

Never send a password, sign-in code, full card number, bank account number, or government identity document. Hop In Sports support does not need those details to investigate an app problem.

Payment or refund question

Include the event name, event date, and the email address used for your Hop In Sports account. Contact the group first when the question is about its event policy or an organizer-approved exception.

Safety or blocking concern

Explain which surface is involved—messaging, search, an event, a group, or a profile—and include only the minimum information needed to identify the issue. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
