Join and follow a league
Open a group and choose League and your sport to compare seasons. Filter by season, day, venue, level or format. Each league is a particular season offering; for example, Thursday volleyball and Sunday volleyball can be separate leagues.
Check the advertised weekly hours, venue, season dates and any dates off before joining. The published match schedule gives your exact fixtures.
Open the league in the web app. Overview explains the season; Divisions shows the available formats, team sizes, entry prices and places.
Enter a team
Section titled “Enter a team”Choose your division in Join this league, then choose an entry option if there is more than one. Continue to checkout to name your team and review the price. If you need to sign in, your chosen division and entry option are kept for your return. An old link will ask you to choose again if its division or option no longer exists.
If the connection drops after you submit, reopen the same checkout. When your signup was saved, Your signup is saved links to your original entry so you can check its status and finish any remaining steps. You do not need to create another team. Entries in other divisions stay separate.
Group-only leagues require you to sign in with an active membership in the group. Having the link alone does not give access. Existing participants keep access to their season.
The displayed price is the organizer’s price. It states whether the fee is per team, per player, or both. At checkout, eligible membership discounts apply and you can choose whether to use an eligible visit or group credit. Benefits belong to the person paying; a captain cannot spend teammates’ benefits.
When the league charges both a team fee and a player fee, you pay the team fee and your own player fee. Checkout shows each price and its eligible benefits. Choose visits or credit separately for each fee; the same visit or credit cannot be spent twice. You can uncheck a visit or remove credit before confirming.
Your entry receipt shows both fees. Complete each payment marked as needed. Paying the team fee does not pay your player fee. If one payment needs another attempt, return to the same receipt and finish that payment. Both payments stay listed after they finish; open Payment details on either fee to see its price, discounts and credit. Use My team on the receipt to return to your roster. For Pay Later, save a payment method for each fee that requests one; each fee shows its own collection date.
If a later card charge needs authentication, that fee shows Verification needed on your entry receipt. Choose Verify payment to finish the same payment at the amount you accepted.
If the organizer changes the price while you are checking out, review the updated quote before entering. Once your entry is accepted, a later price change does not change what you agreed to pay.
If the division is full and offers a waitlist, choose Join waitlist. A waitlist place does not confirm your team’s entry. Your entry receipt shows your place in line, and you can choose Leave waitlist there. If a place opens, return to that same receipt to review the offer and its deadline. Review the current price and any eligible benefits before accepting. You can also decline the offer so another team can receive the place.
Join a captain’s team
Section titled “Join a captain’s team”Open the invitation email in the web app. Check the League, Division and Team before joining. Sign up or sign in, and verify the invited email address if the player fee requires it. You will return to the same invitation to accept it. An invitation does not put you on the roster until you accept.
If the League has a player fee, review your own price and eligible benefits on the invitation before accepting. After you accept, My team links to your own entry receipt if payment is still due. Complete any other steps shown for you. If the captain covers the Team’s entry and there is no player fee, you will not have a payment step. You join the Team named in the invitation; you do not need to sign up as an individual or create another Team.
If the invitation has expired or was withdrawn, ask the captain to send a new one. If you are signed in with a different account, switch to the account with the invited email address. If you already play on another Team in that Division, contact the captain or organizer before trying again.
Use My team
Section titled “Use My team”On the League page, Your league entries shows each Team and Division you have joined. Choose the matching card to open My team. The page shows your roster, Team readiness and any step you still need to complete. If your own registration is unfinished, complete the step shown there before the roster becomes available.
Captains can use Invite player to email players and check which roster places still need attention. Email invitations lets a captain send a pending invitation again or withdraw it. If a fee is due, open your own receipt from Your next step. Your Team fee and player fee, when applicable, remain separate. Teammates see only payment tasks they personally owe; a captain cannot complete another player’s payment from My team. If you play in two Divisions, open the card for the Division you want: each has its own Team, roster and payments.
If you joined a captain’s Team and need to leave, open that Team’s My team page and choose Leave team. Review what happens to your roster place and any player fee before confirming. Open your entry receipt to see the outcome under the terms you accepted. Captains and players placed from individual signup should contact the organizer about roster changes.
Join without a team
Section titled “Join without a team”When the organizer offers individual signup, choose a division and Join as an individual. If you need to sign in, you return to individual signup for that division and option. Review the individual season price and your eligible benefits in the same checkout. Your signup receipt shows any payment to complete and your team once the organizer places you. You do not choose an existing team in this flow, and placement does not charge you a second roster fee. If you have already signed up individually, contact the organizer about changing that signup rather than creating another team entry in the same division.
A confirmed individual signup says You’re registered, with Team placement pending until the organizer assigns you. After placement, the same receipt says You’re on a team and shows its name. Any required payment is shown separately; signing up and being ready to play are different steps. Your league entry card then shows the assigned team and still opens the same individual signup receipt.
For Pay Later, save your payment method to confirm the signup. The group can place you before the scheduled charge. Before placement, you can open your individual signup receipt and choose Withdraw signup to release your place. Your receipt remains available with your payment history. Once you are placed, contact the organizer about roster changes.
Play in more than one division
Section titled “Play in more than one division”You can join one team in each division you qualify for. Enter each division separately: every division has its own roster, fee, checkout, schedule and standings. Check playing times before entering again because matches may overlap.
Your league entries shows the Team name and Division for each of your entries. Open the matching Team card to return to My team. Captains can still open their entry receipt for payments and withdrawal. If you are joining an existing Team, use your captain’s invitation instead of creating another.
Follow the season
Section titled “Follow the season”Open My activities to return to your league. Its card shows the advertised venue, playing hours and season start in the league’s time zone. Exact match times and courts appear in the published schedule.
- Schedule shows published matches, times, locations and results. Choose a division or browse all divisions.
- Standings shows the rankings for your chosen division. Where available, choose the regular season or playoffs.
- Teams shows the teams taking part and their confirmed player counts.
If match times or rankings have not been published yet, check back for updates.
If your plans change
Section titled “If your plans change”Pay Now is non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend. A captain can choose Withdraw team on the entry receipt when that action is available. Review the effect on the roster, division place and payment before confirming. With Pay Later, leaving before the collection cutoff can cancel the scheduled charge and restore eligible Group Credit; the review shows your actual outcome. If another player paid a separate fee, their own accepted terms apply. If an individually registered player was placed on the team, ask the organizer to return that player to the pool first. After collection, the fee is non-refundable. If the group cancels the league, a group admin chooses whether to issue Group Credit or a refund. Contact the group if you need help, and review the payment terms at checkout before completing your entry.
