Share a tournament
Open Manage tournament → Overview and choose Copy tournament link.
When the link is available
Section titled “When the link is available”The link appears once the tournament is Upcoming and registration is open, opening soon, or full. It is not offered while the tournament is a draft, or while registration is paused or closed.
If you have no entries yet, the Overview panel prompts you to share the tournament with players and captains you want to invite.
Choose who can see it
Section titled “Choose who can see it”Set visibility when you create the tournament, or change it later in Settings.

| Group members only | Only members of your group can view it. |
| Private | Only people who already have access can view it. Sharing a link does not grant access. |
Changing visibility changes what the link does. A private tournament’s link does not let a stranger in.
What players see
Section titled “What players see”The link opens the tournament page, where players can review the divisions, prices, and schedule, then choose Enter tournament. Entry still depends on the registration state, which is separate from whether the tournament is visible. See Tournament status and lifecycle.
For people already entered
Section titled “For people already entered”Use Send tournament updates instead of sharing the link again — an update reaches everyone who is already in.
