Review and confirm tournament entries
Open Manage tournament → Participants → Competitors. This is the review step before creating competition from the actual field.
Review readiness
Section titled “Review readiness”Review the Reserved, Ready, and Needs attention totals. A reserved entry is not necessarily ready to compete. Filter by division or readiness to find the entries you need to review, then open an entry for its details.
Resolve any requirements shown by the app, such as incomplete rosters, agreements, invitations, or payments. If payment collection is required, use Review payments when offered.
For team competitions, use Teams to review rosters and Free agents to review players who still need a team. Resolve participating free agents before confirming the field.
Confirm competitors
Section titled “Confirm competitors”When the review is ready, select Confirm competitors and read the confirmation. This locks team rosters and confirms the entries each division will use to build competition. It does not publish matches.
Confirming also freezes the field you have reviewed: after it, new entries, teammate invitations, roster changes, and free-agent placement all stop until rosters are reopened. Review the field before you confirm rather than after.
After confirming, open Competition → Prepare draw to prepare and publish the draw.
When an entry changes
Section titled “When an entry changes”Withdrawn entries retain their history but are no longer current competitors. A player who withdraws can enter again while registration is open, space is available, and they meet the entry requirements.
If the confirmed field changes, review the latest competitor state before preparing or replacing competition. If matches already exist, review the change impact rather than assuming the existing draw updates automatically.
